About Fabrice

Your Property Manager

Professional Real Estate Expertise You Can Trust

I'm Fabrice, a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida and Certified Real Estate Valuation Specialist with over a decade of experience in real estate development and property management.

My Background:

Born and raised in Brittany, France, I earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Business from Pantheon Sorbonne before becoming a multi-entrepreneur in France for several years. My real estate career began in France, where I developed and managed properties for 10 years, gaining deep expertise in maximizing property value and investment returns.

In 2014, I moved to Florida to start a new chapter. I obtained my Florida Real Estate License in 2016 and have since worked as a Property Manager in the Miami and Sarasota regions for 3 years. Over the past 12 years, I've experienced Airbnb from both sides—as a host and guest across Europe and the United States—giving me unique insight into what makes a successful short-term rental.

Why I Understand Your Property:

My extensive experience as an Airbnb guest taught me exactly what frustrates travelers: slow responses, missing information, unprofessional management. As a former nomadic house and property caretaker who completed 56 missions across North America, I know firsthand the importance of meticulous property maintenance and proactive communication.

Now settled in Sarasota, I combine my real estate expertise, valuation skills, and hands-on property management experience to help owners maximize their short-term rental income with complete peace of mind.

You can trust me to protect your real estate interests with confidence.

Why Choose a Licensed Professional Over an Amateur Co-Host?

The Airbnb Myth: "Co-Hosts Know Best Because They Manage Their Own Properties"
It doesn't cost more—it earns you more.
A licensed professional brings expertise that directly increases your revenue through strategic pricing, professional presentation, and proven management systems. The difference in earnings far exceeds any perceived cost difference.

Amateur Co-Host:

❌ Learns through trial and error—on your property
❌ No legal training in Florida rental laws
❌ No professional accountability
❌ Often a side hustle, not a career
❌ Limited experience beyond one property

Licensed Real Estate Professional:

Legal Expertise - Trained in Florida real estate law and compliance
Fiduciary Duty - Legally obligated to act in your best interest
Data-Driven Strategy - Certified Valuation Specialist with proven methods
Diverse Experience - Multiple property types across different markets
Professional Accountability - Licensed, insured, regulated by Florida
Full-Time Commitment - This is my career, not a hobby
Investment Focus - Maximize ROI, not just bookings
Revenue Optimization - Professional pricing strategies that earn more
Market Knowledge - Years of Sarasota market expertise
Risk Management - Protect your asset with proper procedures

The Bottom Line:

Would you hire an amateur chef who "cooks well for their family" to run your restaurant? Or trust a hobbyist mechanic with your luxury car just because they fix their own vehicle?

Managing your own property successfully doesn't qualify someone to manage yours professionally—just like owning a car doesn't make you a professional mechanic.

Choose credentials, experience, and accountability over amateur improvisation.

Your property is likely your largest investment.

It deserves professional expertise, not someone learning on the job.
